Don't forget to complete a Membership Dues Summary Report each time you turn in registrations. Please remember to include your troop number and leader information and make sure all registrations are signed!

Registration forms and Membership Dues Summary forms are available at Balboa Program Center or at Service Unit meetings.

Minimum members needed to start or re-register a troop: 5 girls and 2 adults.

Returning Troops:


1. Registration Packets will be distributed at the March Service Unit Meeting.
2. Tip: Do not let parents take registrations home! Have them fill them out when they pick their child up at the next meeting. This will insure that you get the registrations back to the registrar on time.
3. Don't forget to fill out a Memebership Dues Summary Form.
4. Bring registrations to the April or May SU Meeting or send to Peggy Goddard, 8324 Via Sonoma #69, La Jolla, Ca. 92037.
5. All troops must be re-registered by May 30th.

New Troops:


1. Acquire registration forms and training information from Balboa Program Center or TOC.
2. Distribute registration forms to parents to be filled out and returned to you.
3. Fill out a Memebership Dues Summary Form.
4. Bring or send registrations to Peggy Goddard, 8324 Via Sonoma #69, La Jolla, Ca. 92037.

Troops Additions:


1. Fill out a Membership Dues Summary Form whenever adding new members to your troop.
2. Check the troop additions box on your Membership Dues Summary Form.
3. Only enter information about the girls or adults you are currently registering.
4. Send registrations, money and Dues Summary Form to Peggy Goddard, 8324 Via Sonoma #69, La Jolla, Ca. 92037.

Registration Tips:


1. Make sure all fields are completed, including parent signature.
2. Please do not use staples.
3. Please make sure your troop number is on all forms.
4. Please fill out and include a Membership Dues Summary Form.
5. Make sure leader (01, not 02) information is on Membership Dues Summary Form.
6. You may have more than one "O1", but you must always use the same "O1" on the Dues Summary Form. This is person that council uses as their main contact.
7. You may have as many "02's" as you like. These are co-leaders and will still be on the council mailing list.
